So it's been too long since i"ve updated here. Over this past summer I had the opportunities to do a lot of Q'ing and share with many many people. I couldnt begin to guess at how many hundreds of pounds of pork I've cooked. I can say the most fun was the #60 pig I cooked for Susie and Pumpkinpalooza. I will do that again anytime...
Now, as we move into November my thoughts move to Thanksgiving and Christmas. I typically smoke turkeys and this year I will offer up my services for anyone who would like for me to smoke them one too. Just shoot me an e-mail and I'll do my best to make sure I get your to you when you want it.
